The Azerbaijani Justice Ministry may consider the address by the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) on registration this week, Ayaz Rustamov, the acting chairman of ANIP led by Etibar Mmmadov, told Trend.
Rustamov stressed that the Ministry requested documents belonged to the party last week. We presented new version of the regulations, protocol of the congress and its videotape recording to the Ministry. The Ministry may discuss the issue of the registration at the sitting of the collegium this week, he said.
Rustamov also noted that on Sunday Fuad Mukhtarov, the Secretary General of the party, and the representatives of the secretariat paid a visit to the southern region. The goal is to hold meetings with the heads of the regional branches of the party in relation to preparation for the congress. Rustamov said that the next structural changes were made at the congress. The meeting will be over till 15 April.
