The For Free and Fair Elections Coordinating Consultative Council (CCC) drew up a working plan on organization of observation over holding of the by-elections to parliament, scheduled for 13 May 2006, the Council told Trend .
The organization will conduct monitoring of the by-elections on 10 constituenccies and parallel counting of votes. The meeting of the For Free and Fair Elections discussed establishement of elected bodies of the organization, as well as supplements and changes into the regulations in this regard. The organization decided to hold general sitting on 28 February to put changes and supplements into the regulations to the vote.
The meeting also expressed attitude to recomendations by PACE, related to the parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan. The members of the Coordinating Consultative Council approved and supported the recommendations.
