The decree will be signed and the action plan will be elaborated shortly on developing of suburban villages and settlements of Baku, president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said today during the conference, dedicated to the second year of implementation of the State Program of social and economic development of the countrys regions, Trend reports.
The head of the state reminded, the meeting has been held not long ago on the capital citys suburbs development issues.В"One should take into account the factor that the Baku suburban population is 700,000 people, Aliyev said, noting for implementation of such measures large material resources are needed and the economic development of Azerbaijan enables to do it.
The head of the state noted, the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2006 will reach the level of 4 billion AZM, which creates additional opportunities for the country. В"And this is not the limit. The Azerbaijan budget will grow more, the president said, noting, he set a task to the Finance Ministry to develop the basic parameters of the budget for 2007. According to the head of the state, the budgets increase is to become the result of receipts from the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan. В"The Azerbaijan budget will increase till 2008, Ilham Aliyev said.
President of Azerbaijan noted also the need for establishing the modern mighty industrial potential of the country. В"Although industrial enterprises operated in Azerbaijan in the Soviet Union times, many of them became obsolete. All this will be achieved and I have no doubts of it, the Azerbaijan president summarized.
