The Divan (Assembly) of Musavat Party will determine candidates for participation in the by-elections, Arif Hajily, the deputy chairman of the party, told Trend.
He noted that the party determined its candidates in some constituencies. Besides, Musavat holds negotiations with singer Flora Karimova on her running for the by-elections. We hold talks with Karimova on her re-ballottment from this constituency, but evidently she doesnt will to run for the elections, Hajily said.
He also stressed that if Gulamhusseyn Alibayli, the chairman of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party (PFAP-reformers), ballot from the Jalilabad-Masally constituency, nobody from Musavat would run for the elections in this constituency. In my opinion, he will run for the elections, Hajily stressed.
At present Hajily is in Zagatala, where he holds consultations with electorate. I will probably ballot from Zagatala constituency 110, he stated.
