The work on computerization in 10 constituencies, where the by-elections will be held on 13 May, is over, the Information Center of the Central Election Committee (SEC) told Trend.
The Information Center is currently determining electoral list on item 46.2 of the Elections Code. The work will last till 9 March. The citizens can inject changes and supplements into the lists through the courts from 10 March.
Touching upon computerization of the constituencies, Babayev noted that some new and more improved methods would be used in the by-elections. For example, voters can come to the constituencies till voting to get familiar with the lists. More favorable conditions will be established to follow the election process and the course of voting.
