High-ranking delegations of the GUAM states and international institutions discuss the energy security issues in Baku, the Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry press center told Trend.
A two-day meeting which has commenced today is being held at the level of deputy Foreign and Energy Ministers, as well as representatives of Central Asian and European Union states.
Among the issues under consideration there are Caspian and Central Asian energy resources projects, alternative routes of their supplies, transportation and transit to the European energy market. The sides are elaborating documents on the energy security and possible joint statement on the subject.
