President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent congratulations to Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al Ahmed al-Djabir as Sabah on the national holiday, the National Day.
According to Trend, in his message the head of the state expresses his confidence that the relations between Kuwait and Azerbaijan will develop and expand further in line with the interests of the both peoples. In his message Ilham Aliyev wishes strong health, success to the Emir of Kuwait and the friendly Kuwait people stability and prosperity.
