Representatives of the Azerbaijani Ministries of Taxes and Finances are on a visit to Arabia, Ali Hasan Jafar, the Saudi Ambassador to Azerbaijan told Trend.
The diplomat said that the key objective of the visit is to process the issues on avoiding the dual taxation. Noting the establishment of a working group he stressed that the issue will be discussed at the parliament of both countries.
Jafar noted that the relationships between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia continue developing. After three visits paid by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Saudi Arabia in 2005, the relationships entered a new stage of development. The Ambassador also said that in 2006 it is planed to expand the bilateral bonds.
The Ambassador underlined that a delegation of the Foreign Minister are also on a visit to Saudi Arabia to carry out preparations for a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Islamic countries due in June 2006.
