A next round of consultations between Azerbaijan and the European Union (EU) within the European Neighbourhood Policy initiative is scheduled for 7 March in Brussels, the Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry told Trend.
As expected, Azerbaijan will be represented at the consultations by the deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mamedkuliyev. Officials from various ministries and departments will compose the delegation.
On 12 December 2005 official discussions of the Action Plan between Azerbaijan and EU in the European Neighbourhood Policy framework started. At that time the head of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia office of the European Commission Yug Mingarelli arrived in Baku. This time the sides will continue discussing draft options for elaborating the single Action Plan.
