The Mingachevir branch of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party (PFAP-reformers) spread statement on joining the Popular Front of United Azerbaijan Party (PFUAP) on Thursday, Trend reports referring to Elchin Mirzabayli, the deputy chairman of PFUAP.
Mirzabayli reported that the Mingachevir branch, joined PFUAP, declared dissatisfaction with the policy, pursued by the leadership of PFAP (r). 20 groups and over 300 members announced leaving the ranks of PFAP (r) in protest to the activities of the leaders of the party, he added.
The chairman of PFUAP also stressed that the statement was signed by Mazahir Ahmadov, the chairman of the PFAP (r) Mingachevir branch.
