The South-China air company will make a Baku-Urumchi flight by Boeing 750 on 7 March, Chian Khaichzhou, the Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan, stated to a presentation of the flight, Trend reports.
It comes as the first direct flight of the air company between the two countries. The flights will be made once a week. In his remarks Lio Lee, head of the Baku office of the company, told the presentation ceremony that the price of the tickets was coordinated with the Azerbaijani state air company AZAL and they are identical.
Once a week Boeing 750 airliners with 200 passengers on board will carry out direct flights to Urumchi and the passengers will easily travel other cities of China. Over 51 years the company implemented secure flights to 140 cities of Asia and Europe.
