Diplomatic Academy established in Azerbaijan
Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, signed a decree on establishment of the Diplomatic Academy under the Foreign Affairs Ministry on Monday, Trend reports.
The decree underlines that the Academy is established to provide the Foreign Affairs Ministry and other state bodies acting in international sphere with highly skilled personnel.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Ministry is charged in setting of funds necessary for financing of the Academy in the draft public budgets for 2006 and 2007, taking necessary measures to provide the Academy with building, as well as solution of other issues related with the decree within a month.
Besides, the Ministry is due to prepare and submit the regulations and the project of the structure of the Academy to the Azerbaijani President.
