A delegation of the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry and judges is on visit to the U.S. South Carole St., Trend reports referring to Azer Jafarov, the chief of the Organization-Analytical Department of the Justice Ministry.
The goal of the visit is to get familiar with the justice and the court system of the state, use its experience. Use of the U.S. experience by our lawyers during discussions of court ethics in Azerbaijan is positive fact. The visit will stimulate acceleration of the reforms in the court system in the country, Jafarov stressed.
A group of 9 people will stay in South Caroline during 6 days. They will follow over the legal hearings related to municipalities and gain experience.
