Azerbaijan continues to build up the army and it welcomes the opinion exchange with any of the NATO structures to improve that process, head of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, Samed Seyidov told Trend.
It is not possible to say that there are no problems in the military area in Azerbaijan, he said. The core of democratic processes is to solve the existing problems in time,

He added that Azerbaijani delegation will put forward its own program at the PACE spring session, in particular, MP Elmira Ahundova will make a presentation. A number of questions are included on the meeting `s agenda. Struggle with poverty, corruption, creation of the human rights office in Vienna, relations between the EU and CE are on the agenda, Seyidov said
Any question discussed in Strasbourg is of interest to Baku, as Azerbaijan is a part of Europe, the Azerbaijani MP said.
