On Friday the Council of Chairs of Azadlig [Freedom] block held a next meeting with the participation of co-chairs Ali Karimli, Lala Shovkat Hajiyeva, Sardar Jalaloglu and Ali Aliyev, Trend reports.
The meeting discussed the public and political situation in the country, the 88th anniversary of the Azerbaijani genocide (31 March), the results of the conference on oil incomes, held by the block on 28 March, and other issues. The leaders of the block adopted a statement on the Azerbaijani genocide on 31 March. They also considerd the report on the results of the conference Control over Oil Incomes, Transparancy.
The structure of the block was also discussed by the participants of the event.
