Azimov underlined the importance of continuing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Canada under the Council of Euro-Atlantic Partnership (CEAP), the OSCE, NATOs Partnership for Peace Program, development of legal basis for bilateral relationships Moreover, Canada achieved considerable successes in the sphere of planning of natural resources, their management, establishment of institutes, relationships between the public bodies and private sector, information technologies, and Azerbaijan could benefit this experience.
