Observers of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE will come to Baku to observe the forthcoming re-run parliamentary elections due on 13 May 2006, Eldar Namazov, an Azerbaijani parliamentary representative to the PA OSCE, also the chairman of the permanent parliamentary commission on the agrarian policy, told Trend.
MP also said that the composition of the delegation to visit Azerbaijan was still to be defined
Elsee Hastings, the President of PA OSCE, told Azerbaijani MPs about arrival of observers of his organization to Azerbaijan for monitoring the re-run parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan in the 5th winter session of the OSCE held in Austrian capital Vienna from 23 to 27 February.
