The NATO General Secretary special representative in the South Caucasus and Central Asia, Robert Simmons will pay a visit to Azerbaijan on April 10-13, Simmons `s office told Trend.
Simmons will meet Azerbaijani officials in the frames of the visit. Cooperation between NATO and Azerbaijan and performance of the Action Plan of Individual Partnership by Azerbaijan will be discussed at the meeting.
Simmons visit will not have a regional nature
Simmons was appointed to the position on September 2004. He also occupies the NATO security and politics department` s head position.
Last time he was in Baku on November 2005.
