DYNAMIC Of GDP CHANGE DUE TO CONSUMPTION

In January to February 2006 the GDP calculated through the consumption method comprised 1831.2m manats, or 17.8% down as compared to the GDP ratio calculated by the State Statistics Committee through the production method

Special weight of investment demand dropped from 32.1% fixed in January to February 2005 to 37.5% in 2006.

Special weight of aggregate consumption demand rose from 36.3% in 2005 to 52.9% in January February 2006.

Public consumption grew both in absolute and relative prices. The expenses for purchase of goods and services rose by 33.9 as compared to 2005, while the special weight grew from 3.8% to 7.3% in the structure of consumption.

The special weight of export in GDP dropped from 27.8% in January to February 2005 to 2.15% in January in 2006.
