Heads of 14 regional & town branches of ANIP elected

The heads of the 14 regional and town branches of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) were elected, Trend reports citing Rashad Bayramov, the organization secretary of ANIP.

He noted the local branches of ANIP held conferences in Ganja, Aghstafa and Babak from 7 to 8 April in relation to preparations for the congress. New heads were elected, he

stressed.

Bayramov said the party held conferences in 56 regional branches and they would be continued on 15 April.

It should be mentioned the party elected the heads of the regional branches in Baku, Ganja, Khatayi, Yasamal, Aghdash, Beylagan, Aghstafa and Babak. The replacement of the head of the Azizbayov district brance is not excluded as well.

Bayramov stressed the party would hold a meeting of the political council after completion of conferences on 16 April. The political council will determine the date and the place of the 9th congress of ANIP. The congress is planned for late April - early May, he underliend.
