The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) spring session` s agenda is very abundant and all matters on the agenda are of interest for Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani delegation representative in CE, Elmira Akhundova told to the Trend reporter in Strasbourg.
Members of the Azerbaijani delegation are following the point that if we [Azerbaijan- Trend` s quotation] are full-fledged CE members then all the matters under discussion are relevant for us, she said.
These matters include the role of language in the school education, corruption and poverty fight, Akhundova mentioned

She also added that at the meeting of the political committee of socialists a concern was raised that new structures formed within CE will copy the already existing i.e. European court of human rights. So it will be a problem if there would be 2 courts one in Brussels and another in Strasbourg and both will make deferent decisions on the same issue, she told.
The issues of CE and EU relations in the creation of new EU bodies, especially of human rights agency worries some CE members a lot as they assume that in this way EU intervenes into EC sphere. MP concluded.
