By suggestion of Vladimir Putin, president of the Russian Federation, the year 2007 was claimed the Youth year in the CIS countries at the Forum of Worlds Union of Student and Youth organizations, Trend reports with reference to Farkhad Mamedov, cofounder of All-republican movement IRELI, who took part at the forum.
Upon the completion of the youth forum, I Forum of CIS Intellectuals has started. The first session gathered representatives of youth from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Lithuania, Finland, Italy, Germany and other countries. The session was organized by the Youth Union of Moscow State University named after M.Lomonosov. The second session invited representatives of intelligentsia of CIS countries, youth organizations and so. These actions were organized by В"Education and YouthВ" Chamber.
Mr Mamedov said he had spoken in the forum chamber on the issue В"Administration of education and youth policyВ". Rector of Foreign language university Samed Seyidov and representatives of Economic University were partaking at the session.
President of RF Vladimir Putin was speaking at the forum. В"President suggested claiming the year 2007 the Youth year in CIS countriesВ", Mr Mamedov said, adding he had met with rector of Moscow State University, Russian minister of education and science, heads of Azeri youth organizations in Russia, chairman of youth organization within ruling United Russia party, and spoken of possible cooperation.
