Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev awarded Salman Jafarov, the senior state officer, former head of state control division at the Presidents Apparat, the Order of Fame, on 18 April, Trend reports.
The head of state expressed his gratitude to fruitful work in the government for many years.
In his turn Jafarov thanked the President for appreciation of his merits and recalled his activities under the leadership of former late President Heydar Aliyev.
