Over 40 NGOs have been registered within the last 3 months, Trend reports quoting Fazil Mamedov, head of Board for Governmental Registration of Legal entities with Ministry of Justice.
Mamedov said last time number of organizations willing to get registered has risen significantly. Some of these organizations are running in the sphere of rights defense and mass media.
Governmental official stated last year 4,769 legal entities registration duty amount constituted 442mln AZM (AZN 88,400).
Mamedov said also the Ministry of Justice registers organizations just upon receipt of full information on its future activity. Unless it purpose is transparent, the Ministry denies to register the entity.
