Akil Kulov, the Prime Minister of Tajikistan, arrived in Baku on 4 May, Trend reports.
At Heydar Aliyev international airport the eminent guest was welcomed by the Azerbaijani Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources, Huseyngulu Bagirov.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tajikistan will participate in a top meeting of the states and governments of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member-states.
