On May 4, 2006 Azeri president Ilham Aliyev received Pakistans Prime Minister Shovket Aziz. Trend reports at the meeting the sides spoke of the economic cooperation between the countries and relationships in science and IT.
Aziz said Pakistan kept eye on oil&gas sector of Azerbaijan and official Islamabad was working in this respect.
Alongside, Pakistans Prime Minister said of social-economic processes going in Pakistan today, poverty reduction and economy progressing.
