The next meeting of experts of GUAM member countries (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova) is to be held on 11-12 may in Kiev, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan told Trend.
Experts are expected to complete projects on conversion of GUAM into a full-fledged international organization Charter of organization and Regulations on Secretariat. Additionally, the parties will coordinate a draft Kiev declaration On establishment of GUAM for International Democracy and Development Both documents will be further submitted to national coordinators and Ministers of Foreign Affairs for consideration.
The documents are expected to be submitted to the presidents of member-countries for signing.
