The chairman of the permanent parliamentary commission on international relationships and interparliamentary bonds, MP Samed Seyidov, received the Bulgarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Ivan Palchev, the parliament told Trend.
Seyidov touched upon the history of friendly relationships between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria, and stressed the importance of upgrading interparliamentary relationships and mutual visit.
The ambassador said that Bulgaria is interested in development of relationships with Azerbaijan, and from attachГ© great important to the significance of mutual visits. The chairman of the Bulgarian parliament will shortly visit Baku. Under the visit he will hold several meetings, as well as consultations on the development of bilateral relationships.
