Schoolchildren and their teachers from Alibeyli village of Gakh area today arrive in Tbilisi to meet with their Georgian mates, reportedly said Head Master of School #62 of Tbilisi, which is attended by guests from Azerbaijan.
Azeri delegation includes 15 schoolchildren and 5 teachers of school named after Shota Rustaveli in Alibeyli village.
Georgian school officials said the aim of the visit is to establish contacts between Georgian and Azeri schoolchildren. Besides, teachers are sharing experience of teaching Georgian language in Azeri schools and vice versa.
Officials of Georgian Education Ministry told Trend they paid much attention to contacts between students of the two countries, which would result in a number of joint projects.
