Azeri president signs Decree on application of Law On Changes to Civil Code
Ilham Aliyev, the Azeri president signed Decree on application of the Law On Changes to the Civil Code. The law passed on March 3, Trend reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers was assigned to provide the President with a proposal on unification of the Law with current legislation and legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and related executive authorities within a month.
The Azeri leader also approved the Law on changes and supplements to several legal acts for the purpose of fighting corruption and the financial agreement regarding the project on creation of Samur-Yalama National Park and accompanying special agreement.
Additionally, the president signed decree on changes to the Resolution changes to the Resolution (dated April 01, 2005) В"On regulation of export of fish and other sea products to European Union member countries. Another Decree concerned changes and additions in several presidential decrees in order to unify with the Tax Code.
