The Nuclear program of Iran is aimed at peaceful purposes and we want to provide an atomic electric station with its help. Many countries recognize that it is your own right, but recommend refusing this right. We are ready to hold negotiations on this issue, but Iran doesnt accept political pressure, Trend Reports quoting the report of Iranian ambassador in Baku Afshar Suleymani at the meeting on May 24, 2006.

According to ambassador, Iran enriches its uranium within international norms and laws and is guided by international laws. The representatives of the International Agency for Nuclear Power (IANP) observed the process of enriching uranium in Iran, and made a statement that there had been found no fact against peace. Iran has signed an agreement on nuclear program. Breaking the obligations undertaken in the international agreement means braking the international norms. If this activity of Iran was illegal, relevant decisions were made, said Suleymani.

Suleymani touched up on the letter of Iranian president Mahmud Ahmadnejdat forwarded to the USA president George Bush. According to Suleymani, this letter wasnt disclosed in the USA and there was made no response to the letter. If the USA support the democracy, why do they disseminate only their own opinions and give information how they want? said Suleymani.
