On 30 June Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on increase of salaries of the military and civil employees of the Interior Forces, financed by public budget (except the military on service) by 100% from 1 July 2006) with respect to improve social terms of employees of Interior Forces of the Interior Forces of Azerbaijan.
All financial expenses, specified by the decree, are covered at the expense of funds allocated out of 2006 public budget for maintenance of the Interior Forces of Azerbaijani Interior Minister.
The Cabinet of Ministers is committed toe adopt the new salaries of people specified by the decree, as well as resolve other issues set by the document.
