Zurab Nogaidli, the Georgian Prime Minister, who arrived in Baku on 5 July, paid a tribute at memorial of great national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev at the Cemetery of Honors.
The prime minister put fresh wreathes at ex-President Heydar Aliyevs tomb.
Later Nogaideli went to the Cabinet of Ministers for conduct of talks.
