Zurab Nogandeli, Georgian Prime Minister, will discuss the cooperation in economy and trade, in particular, Baku-Ahalkalaki-Kars railroad, ceremony of opening BTC pipeline, power cooperation and so at the meeting with his Azeri peer Artur Rasizadeh, Trend reports quoting Nogandeli.
He reminded that the ceremony of opening Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline is held next week and first tanker with oil had already been shipped. This year, he added, installation of Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum (SCP) pipeline is finished. В"These are very important issues of our cooperation. Apart from oil and gas pipelines, we will discuss mutual trade cooperationВ", PM said.
In connection to construction of Baku-Ahalkalaki-Kars railroad, prime minister said Georgia would perform all necessary operations and allot needed funds. He assured that security of Baku-0Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline will also be ensured at the highest level.
Head of Georgian government also said of problems Georgian Azerbaijanis face while crossing the border with Azerbaijan. He said, quoting, these problems always were and will be in the future. The good world practice says people crossing the border shall pay custom dutiesВ", Nogandeli said.
