The Russian president Vladimir Putin invited the heads of the CIS countries to Moscow within the informal summit of the commonwealth countries to observe the next annual galloping for the prize of the Russian president, Peter Burdikin, the charges daffsirs of Russia in Azerbaijan, told Trend.
He voiced that such invitation has also been sent to Azerbaijan president Ilham Aliyev. The meeting creates opportunities for the state heads to discuss the questions reflecting munutal interest, the diplomat added.
Such horse competition was first held in Russia in on July 2-3 2004. Then, most of the heads of the CIS states came to Moscow, except Turkmenistan and Belarus.
According to the Regulation on galloping for the prize of Russian president, stud-horse and mares under 3 age or older age are brought for participation in the galloping, and the distance of galloping is 2000 meters and the amount of the prize 3 mln rubls.
