Concert of Azeri singer in Istanbul to be dedicated to friendship of Azerbaijan with Turkey

On July 16, Lala Mammadova will give a solo concert in Istanbul. She will leave for Turkey on July 11, the singer exclusively told Trend. The goal to go 4 days prior to the concert is to get ready for it and participate in propaganda campaign.

The concert of Mammadova will be held in cooperation with the outstanding Turkish cultural worker Muslim Gurses. According to the program of the concert, Gurses will perform in the first part and then, Mammadova will perform within an hour. Besides, the singers will hold a duet concert from the Azerbaijani and Turkish songs.

According to Mammadova, the concert will be held in popular historical-cultural complex of Istanbul Edi Kule. At the moment, the tickets of the concert are sold and the advertisement of the concert is demonstrated on one Turkish TV channel and radio. Mammadova is expected to be invited to the Turkish TV up to the concert.

Besides, Mamadova noted that this concert in the joint concert of the two fraternal countries. She added that for this reason she gives her solo concert exactly in Turkey. The example of the friendship and fraternity of Azerbaijan and Turkey are also reflected in cultural measures. The Turkish masters always come to Azerbaijan for a concert and our masters to Turkey. My concert to in cooperation with Gurses is dedicated to the friendship of Azerbaijan and Turkey. This program is propaganda of Azerbaijani music and national and cultural unity between our countries. The concert with outstanding singer Gurses is honour for me, told Mammadova.

Mammadova noted that her repertoire includes peoples songs, compositors songs and retro-music of Azerbaijan. According to Mammadova, the organizers of the event have listened to her disk and liked the peoples music of Azerbaijan. The singer will appear in the concert without phonogram. The concert will be accompanied by the an outstanding ensemble headed by talented musician Vugar Jamalzade. Mamadova noted that the successful conducting of the concert may cause new prospects for her. After this, it is expected to hold new concerts. The main fact is that our fraternal concert will serve the unity of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Mammadova added.
