National Depositary Center of Azerbaijan is going to sign a correspondent relations agreement with Vneshtorgbank of Russia. Bakhtiyr Azizov, NDC president, told journalists the similar agreement had already been concluded with ROSBank.
The agreement subject is NDCs opening individual correspondent deposit for the banks name and operating with it.
Depositary center, in turn, will service Russian bank in storing equities, registering and certifying entitlement for these equities and so.
Vneshtorgbank, as well as ROSBank, is one of professional players at Russian securities market, which is licensed for depositary activity.
