The talks between European Union and Azerbaijan regarding the Program of European Neighborhood will be completed in fall, Peter Semneby, the special envoy of EU for South Caucasian countries, told journalists on July 21, Trend reports with reference to AzTV.
The talks will end successfully, he told. According Semneby, during the negotiations, there have been no serious differences between Azerbaijan and European Union. Of course, there have several technical questions, but they may not be considered serious, he added.
The diplomat considers that Azerbaijan will gain new wide opportunities within the Program of European Neighborhood. However, it depends on Baku how to use them, Semneby emphasized.
