The post of the international questions secretary of Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANID) still remains vacant, Fuad Mukhtarov, secretary general of ANIP, told Trend.
During the session of ANIP held on July 23, Mukhtarov was elected the secretary general, with the presentation of the party chairman. During the session of the Central Council, the newly elected secretary-general appointed Ali Orujov the press-secretary, Nazim Alaskarov organization secretary, Vagif Mammadov finance secretary, Elshan Mustafayev secretary for work with newly created municipalities.
Mukhtarov noted that he himself fulfills the authorities of the international questions secretary temporarily. He said that to take this position it needs to have foreign language knowledge. One of the young members of the party is getting ready for this position. Yet, he passes training courses for political processes and international questions, he added.
