The security of the Israeli embassy and adjacent areas in Baku has been strengthened over past few days, Ehsan Zahidov, the spokesman for the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry told Trend.
The buildings of the embassies and representations of international organization and countries based in the capital city have been always safeguarded as strategic facilities. However, in connection with last events between Lebanon and Israel, the security of the Israeli embassy has been strengthened and additional forces have placed, Zahidov underlined.
