Azerbaijan, Tatarstan to sign protocol

Experts of the Azerbaijani and Tatarstan government have coordinated preliminarily a draft protocol of the forthcoming meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade-economic, scientific-technical and humanitarian cooperation between Azerbaijan and Tatarstan to be held in Baku on 1 August, the permanent representation of Tatarstan in Azerbaijan told Trend.

The experts also succeeded to coordinate an agenda of the gathering, which will be co-chaired by the Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan and Tatarstan, Artur Rasizade and Rustam Minnikhanov.

The delegation of Tatarstan government will arrive in Baku on 1 August. The visit program also includes bilateral meeting with the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasuzade. In the evening hours the delegation will return back.

The delegation will include the world leading companies, such as Belaz, Kamaz, Almaz, as well as the chairman of the Stock Commercial Bank and Oil Company of Tatarstan. The representatives from the business circles of Tatarstan will get familiar with economic capacities of Azerbaijan and hold business meetings with their Azerbaijani partners.
