There are no differences between Azerbaijan and Russia, the new Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasili Istratov told, Trend reports with reference to AzTV.
He noted that both countries actively develop the economical relations and cooperate in the international arena. The diplomat considers that the potential of the economic development allow achieving more indicators. Besides, Istratov pointed out that Azerbaijan and Russia are neighboring countries, and the neighboring countries always have questions for discussion.
