On August 4 the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received credentials from the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russian Federation to Azerbaijan Republic Vasily Istratov,Trend reports.
The Head of the State wished V. Istratov a lot of success on this diplomatic post and expressed his hope that bilateral relations between Russian and Azerbaijan will be extended in the future.
V. Istratov assured the President that he will do all possible to make Russian-Azerbaijani relations better.
