On August 12, the International Youth Day will be widely marked in Azerbaijan, the head of the press-service of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan Rafig Abbasov told Trend.
According to Abbasov, the departments of youth ministry organize seminars in places on topic of Role of Azerbaijani youths in international arena. Besides, a campaign of Healthy families are base of society starts. A seminar has already been held in Guba-Khachmaz zone, he said.
Abbasov stressed that by the end of August, a campaign will be held in southern region of Azerbaijan on topics of Youth and narcotism, Youths against SPID, Youths are our future and What do youths want?. In September, this seminar will be conducted in Aran and Shirvan zones. Concerts are organized in military units on the occasion of the International Youth Day.
