The diplomat said that China is interested in reliable railway road, which will pass to Europe. The railway running via the north does not suit China. First of all it is linked with the security issues. At the moment the local, as well as international insurance companies refuse from insuring products, which are delivered via the northern route. China is obliged is to transport its goods via seaway. Therefore, it boosts Chinas interests in the Kars-Akhalkalaki project.
Aliyev added at present Kazakhstan pays special attention to this issue, carries out construction work for over-passage of the road, builds a new road, which cuts the route by 1000km. To date the China-Kazakhstan railway works in intensive regime. It will come as continuation of the Kars-Akhalkalaki road.
