Azeri Primer to leave for Georgia on August 16

On August 16, the delegation headed by the Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade will leave for Batumi to participate at the meeting of Azerbaijani-Georgian interstate commission, Azerbaijani ambassador to Georgia Namik Aliyev told Trend. He noted that the meeting is expected to focus on the bilateral economical questions.

Recently the new composition of the Azerbaijani part of the interstate commission was confirmed, which included the minister of finance, economic development, industry and energy, transport, ecology and natural resources, culture and tourism, education, the chairmen of the State Customs Committee, State Committee for Work with Azerbaijanis Living Abroad, State Border Service, Chamber of Trade and Industry, as well as deputy foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov, Azerbaijani ambassador to Georgia Namik Aliyev and the chief of the department of interregional economical relations of the Cabinet of Ministers Kamal Ismailzade.

The visit of Azerbaijani delegation to Georgia will be completed on August 18.
