The prosecutor-general of Azerbaijan Zakir Garalov gaved a task regarding preparation of proposals on upgrade of the legislation on strengthening of
responsibilities for breaking the rules of using gas, water and heating and electric power, and study the experience of Turkey in this direction,Trend has been told at the press-center of Prosecutor-Generals Office.
Besides, the prosecutor-general recommended to prepare the proposals in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice.
The changes that will be made to the legislation on strengthening of responsibility will create conditions to comprehensively and objectively investigate the criminal cases raised in relation with the law breaches in using the gas, water and electric power, as well as prevent the application of liberal punishments.
