On October 3, a conference dedicated to the culture and history of Azerbaijanis will be held in the Strasburg University named after Mark Blosh. Initiated by the Azerbaijani diaspora, the event is organized through the support of the permanent representation of Azerbaijan in the Council of Europe, Trend reports.
Together with French experts, the member of the Azerbaijani Parliamentary Delegation in the Council of Europe Rafael Huseynov will give a speech at the event.
It is planned to hold such conferences in Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey.
