The official visit of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Latvia was completed on October 5,Trend reports with reference to AzTV.
On the final day of the visit, the President met with the representatives of the mass media and replied to their questions. Later together with the Latvian President, Aliyev participated in the Azerbaijani-Latvian Business-Forum. Thereafter, Aliyev visited Rij Duma and met with the mayor of Riga Ayvar Aksenoks. The state head was presented the model of the Azerbaijani-Latvian Friendship Park.
Later, the Azerbaijani President and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva visited the Occupation Museum, walked in the city and visited the Azerbaijani Embassy in Latvia. The final part of the visit was dedicated to the meeting with the Azerbaijani diaspora.
