According to him, the discussions in Moscow started with the separate meetings between Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Armenian counterpart Vardan Oskanyan with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Ivanov, and then continued by the meetings with the Co-Chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group. Then, the mediators and the Foreign Ministers held common long and wide discussions. During the meetings, all the issues that are at the table of negotiations now were in the limelight of the discussion. New approaches were considered as well, told Mr. Taghizadeh.
As results of the discussions, it was decided to hold the next meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Paris on October 24, 2006.
